Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland

Accommodations. Felt like a boutique hotel that included a personal touch. Staff. Were super personable, very friendly and even though during peak activity were still very patient over a busy holiday. Housekeeping. Super attentive, very supportive and patient with our busy family and worked with our schedule. Restaurant. After trying multiple restaurants in the area, we fell in love with Gabrielle‘s. Felt it was the best restaurant in town!

The front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. Nicely upgraded decor, since our last visit a few years ago. The bartender in the lounge was friendly and helpful with our cocktail selections in the afternoon, and remembered 6s when we returned in the evening fir a nightcap! Great, relaxing patio vibe, with fire tables.

The hotel was directly on the bus route and it was wonderful of the hotel to provide both bus tickets and relevant bus schedules.

Very quiet for sleeping (even though there was a wedding group in the building). Breakfast was really nice (and available 'till noon) – nice room, good value.

The friendliness, the restaurant was excellent, food and service were spot on. The hot tub and gym were good after a day out and about. The breakfast Cafe was open to 12.00, which was a plus.
